CEO and Chairman of the Board
Adrian is a CEO of InoCloud and a Managing Partner at IPM Group. Adrian brings his extensive knowledge and experience as a developer in the infrastructure sector of the CEE region to the firm. Previously, Adrian founded the SynCo Group, a leading company engaged in infrastructure project development and management with a strong focus on renewables, employing more than 300 experts in the fields of energy, construction, and technology. Prior to founding SynCo Group, Adrian played a significant role in establishing the EnerCap Power Fund I, a €98m fund invested in by the EBRD, EIB, and commercial banks. Adrian has also worked on influencing and informing energy policy development across Emerging Europe.
Head of Project Development and Vice-Chairman of the Board
Tara has over 25 years of venture development and management experience in Europe, the USA, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. She is a technologist, strategist, developer, and financier of projects focused on delivering high impact investments to achieve sustainable development goals and Agenda 2030. Tara has worked with startups as well as major corporations in IP commercialization, scaling up, restructuring, and turnaround. She has a passion for transformational infrastructure and cleantech, particularly, distributed renewable energy solutions, smart grids, and carbon reducing mobility solutions. Tara is the majority owner of e-Strategy Advisors Ltd (ESAL), a UK-based company, offering strategic and executive services, as well as investing in and developing renewable energy assets. Presently, Tara serves as a Director of DREAM EP Global Energy Ltd and is a co-founder and investor in the DREAM Platform (developing renewables in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East).
Previously Tara was an investment banker with Salomon Brothers (now part of Citigroup) and Goldman Sachs, a Management Consultant with Coopers & Lybrand (now part of PWC), and was a founding member of the Angels Program to create the platform for commercialization of intellectual property and an Appointed Director for spin-out companies at Imperial Innovations, Imperial College.
Head of Business Development
Mario has an eighteen-year career in public sector finance institutions, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Previously, Mario served as a Board Representative for Slovakia at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“EBRD”) in London, one of the most recognized global financiers for transition economies. Before his time at the EBRD, Mario was the Director General for the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Finance of Slovakia, after having previously held numerous other national and supranational positions within the ministry. During his tenure, Mario was actively involved in Slovakia’s transition from being a centrally governed economy to a fully market-orientated democracy. Mario has also served as Acting Director General of the European Funds Department.
Mario began his career at the Slovak government within a pro-reform orientated team of the then Deputy Minister of Economy. Slovakia at that time received significant support from the international donors’ community which enabled Mario to work closely on projects with the European Commission, the World Bank Group, EBRD, CEB, OECD, UNDP, USAID, ABACEELI and many other multilateral organizations.
Product Strategy Manager
Slavomir joined InoCloud in 2021 to drive the product strategy. In addition, he is defining the IT strategy and direction of the IPM Group.
Before joining IPM, Slavomir led the technology transformation of banking IT as Chief Technology Officer in Erste Group IT International. He oversaw the service aspect with over 200 people, covering architecture, technology lifecycle (including strategy), innovation, operations, and standardization.
Prior to Erste, Slavomir held various expert and leadership positions in IBM Client Innovation Centers, IBM Software and ibm.com. He led the European service line of over 700 people, focusing on digitization, artificial intelligence & cognitive systems, which combined the innovation of data, cloud, AI, and advanced analytics.
As an expert architect he has delivered world-class solutions to the most well-known European brands in banking and FMCG such as Barclays, ING, Sberbank, UniCredit and others.
Apart from IBM Slavomir also worked in companies New Frontier and Datalan, where he was in charge of banking and financial sector clients. There he delivered several systems for data analytics and mobile banking.
Slavomir holds an engineering degree in IT from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia, during which he spent an exchange study of Marketing and Strategic Management at Gent University in Belgium.
Tomas has more than 10 years of experience in corporate strategy and new business line development. Before joining the InoCloud team, Tomas helped create new services and solutions for the international real estate group HB Reavis and acted as Managing Director of Symbiosy a smart workspace platform, where he was responsible for talent acquisition, company scaling, strategy, and corporate affairs. This role involved speaking opportunities and workspace technology evangelism at global real estate and tech events.
Earlier work experience includes project management at Erste Bank in Vienna and strategy development at the international consulting firm Arthur D. Little, in Prague.
Tomas holds a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from University of East Anglia and Master’s degree in Management from Imperial College London.
Head of Advisory Board
Radoslav has over 25 years of industry experience and over 100 patents designing state-of-the-art processing systems. In 2016 he founded Tachyum to disrupt markets by solving the processing performance plateau of nanometer class chips. Rado was founder and CEO of Skyera, a supplier of ultra-dense solid-state storage systems, acquired by WD in 2014. As CEO he won the 2013 Gold Tech Awards Circle for Emerging Company Executive of the Year. At Wave Computing, Rado architected the 10GHz Processing Element of deep learning DPU. Rado was co-founder and CTO of SandForce, acquired by LSI in 2011 for $377M. Rado pioneered enterprise and consumer MLC flash controllers and solved endurance limited by device physics. He was a chipset and GPU architect at nVidia, a CPU architect at Nishan Systems and Toshiba, and chief architect of 64b x86 CPU at Gizmo Tech.
Radoslav serves on the Slovak government's Innovation Advisory Board. He is a member of the IDC Technical Computing Advisory Panel, the Forbes Technology Council, a contributor to TechTarget, and a member of IEEE.
Head of Legal and Board Member
Tomas is the Head of Legal and Tax at IPM. He is responsible for the legal aspects of all transactions. He also provides legal opinion in all internal affairs and ensures that all the activities of the firm are in line with applicable laws and regulations.
Previously, Tomas had been a member of the Corporate and M&A team at Taylor Wessing, a leading international law firm with a strong presence in Central & Eastern Europe. His previous experience also includes working as a criminal investigator specialising in white-collar crime and owning an accounting and advisory firm.
Director for Strategy
Martin brings more than 30 years experience in various senior general management roles in the IT Industry, leading new markets with new solutions, business development and transformation projects for optimal Go-to-market models. Martin has a strong track record in building winning value propositions, creating long-term strategic partnerships, building high performance teams and managing large complex international businesses.
Martin’s career is strongly linked to Hewlett Packard, where he held various positions from Country General manager, CEE/ME/Africa Sales Director to Area Sales Lead. Previously, he was in charge of the world wide Oil and Gas industry focus of HP, as well as managing the Integration of EMEA sales teams after EDS acquisition. Martin has a degree from applied mechanics fro the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava.
M&A and Finance Advisor
Victor has more than 19 years of experience in corporate finance, including M&A, financing, and restructuring advisory. Before joining the InoCloud team, Victor was Managing Director in the Vienna office of Alantra, a global mid-market investment advisory firm, where he was responsible for the Technology and Business Services sectors in the CEE region.
Prior to Alantra, Victor was Head of Telecoms, Media, and Technology (TMT) at Raiffeisen Bank International where he completed landmark transactions in the Technology space.
Victor started his career as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, and later working in the M&A advisory teams at HSBC and UBS.
